• Do budget restraints or government funding cutbacks have your not-for-profit group scrambling to make ends meet?

• The first step to ensuring success with your fundraiser is to generate excitement! Share information about the wonderful selection of products that your participants will be able to offer everyone they know. This is especially important to do if your group or school conducts fundraisers on a regular basis, and has offered limited or specific products for sale in the past such as chocolate, candy, or fruit.

• You’ll also want to try to advertise the fundraiser, before you start, in order to generate extra excitement and enthusiasm. Post flyers advertising your fundraiser. Include information in your school or group newsletters and send out emails to participants. Let everyone know exactly what it is you’re working towards. Students and group members are more enthusiastic about fundraisers when they know what the money will be used for.

• Use recognition, incentive prizes, and awards to motivate participants and encourage the highest sales possible. We offer a wonderful program that will allow you to purchase products of your choice at 1/2 price to use as prizes for participants.

• Post a "Fundraising Thermometer" to chart your progress. Students in particular always find it exciting to fill in the thermometer with each increase in fundraiser sales.

• Take the time to properly plan your fundraiser and decide how you’ll coordinate everything. This includes assigning a "contact person" within your school or group to answer questions and oversee order and payment collection.

Increase the sales of your fundraiser by offering an "Incentive Program", of awards or prizes, to your participating students or members. Everyday Style provides you with a wonderful 1/2 Price Purchase benefit. This allows your school or group to purchase any one regular priced item of your choice for 1/2 price, when your sales reach $500 and with each additional $250 in regular priced product sales. These 1/2 Price Purchases can be used in a variety of ways to motivate your students and members to collect as many orders as possible. Here are a few great ways you can use your 1/2 Price

Purchases...

Use the products for auctions, raffles, and contests.

Select as many 1/2 price products as you are entitled to as a group and use them for prizes. Award the 1/2 price products to the participants with the highest sales.

Advertise that participants who submit $500 or more in regular priced orders may purchase any regular priced item of their choice at 1/2 price!

Earn 30% profit on all regular priced product sales!

There’s no minimum amount of sales required for your fundraiser. You simply need a minimum of six customer orders and you’ll earn 30% on all of your regular priced product sales! Best of all, there are no extra shipping or handling fees required other than our standard customer order handling charge. Special rates apply to products being shipped to "Beyond Point" areas and "Air-Stage" destinations in remote areas. Please ask your Consultant for additional details. Once you've decided to get your Everyday Style fundraiser started, your Consultant will provide you with all the additional information you'll need to make it a success! This includes the catalogues and order packages that each of your students or members will use, a "Campaign Letter" that you can copy and distribute to each person participating in your fundraiser, and a "Thank You" letter that you can include with each person's order to let them know how much you appreciate their support.

When you're ready to get your fundraiser started, simply contact your Everyday Style Consultant whose name appears below. If you don't already have a Consultant, contact our company directly at www.everydaystyle.com to be referred to a Consultant in your area.

• Remind your students or members that customers need to sign their order form when they submit it.

• After you have obtained all of the orders and payments, your Everyday Style Consultant will submit the orders and provide you with an order summary which indicates the amount you need to submit directly to Everyday Style.

• Have your students or members submit either cash or personal cheques made payable to your school or group, then obtain a certified cheque or money order made payable to Everyday Style. Orders may also be paid by way of Visa or MasterCard.

• All products ordered through your fundraiser will arrive approximately two weeks from the day your orders and full payment are received by Everyday Style in Windsor, Ontario.

• When your products arrive, use the white copies of the order forms to pack each individual order, and place each customer's order form and products in the bags that are provided to you.

Your Everyday Style Consultant is:

Select an individual to coordinate your Fundraising Campaign. This person will work directly with your Everyday Style Consultant and will also answer questions from students or members. Inform your Consultant of the number of students or members participating in your fundraiser. Your Consultant will provide you with all the catalogues, order forms, and other information you’ll need. Provide each of your students or members with a fundraising package that contains everything they'll need to take orders. Have your students or members show the catalogues to friends, family, neighbours, and coworkers, and collect orders. Return the orders to your Everyday Style Consultant who will prepare the necessary paperwork and submit the orders for processing. You simply need to forward payment for any orders not paid by way of credit card. This payment needs to be in the form of a certified cheque or money order made payable to Everyday Style. When your products arrive, simply bag and distribute the individual customer orders.
