This link will be used to keep you informed of the goings on of the Coordinating Council. As in the past, a letter will be mailed to all groups from which a confirmation of attending members will be needed 10 days prior to the meeting itself. As always, if you reserve a breakfast or a supper and you do not show to the meeting, you will be billed for your meal. Starting with our first meeting in September, we will also have a 50/50 draw in order to help raise funds to pay for the expenses of the Council (mailings, stamps, paper etc...). You can always call me, Lion Madeleine at 983-2097 or email me at boubou358@hotmail.com to confirm your attendance or if you have any other questions. Also, if you would like the minutes of either the Board or General meetings emailed to you personally, just email me and I will forward them to you. Minutes are mailed and emailed with the announcement of the next meeting.
As agreed at the regular meeting on March 1st, 2009, from now on, the Board meetings will be held half an hour, or an hour depending on what there is to be discussed, before the regular membership meeting.
