The Azilda Lions held the Grand Opening of their new hall at 3964 Rg Rd 15, Chelmsford, formally knows at Old Town Hall, on May 3rd.  It was attended by over 40 community supporters, Lions members and representatives such as Carmen Robillard from the Trillium Foundation,  Dorice Dusty from Community Living, Lions District Governor Myra Kiernan and her husband PDG Hillary Kiernan, Region Chair Lion Harvey Quackenbush, Zone Chair Lion Ron Langlois, members from our sponsoring group-the Chelmsford Lions Club and other supporters.  We would like to thank everyone who lent a hand in making this project a reality with their financial support or labor in one form or another. Thanks to everyone cooperation the hall is now wheelchair accessible and ready for rentals.  Check the Lions website at www.azildalions.ca for more information.  Thank you to all those who attended the event.

Saturday and Sunday Afternoon(vacated by 4pm)

Sunday All Day and Evening

Half Days (Monday to Friday)

Full Day(weekdays)   $100

Setup day before (if not rented)

                                                              A security deposit of 40% of rental fee is required, to be paid upon reservation.

Hall is considered rented once the agreement has been signed by both parties and deposit paid.

                                 Balance to be paid upon key pick up. 

Kitchen is $60 extra-please let me know when you book if you will need it

Wine fountain available for rent

Hall capacity about 65 people.

Size of Hall:  40' X 30'

(includes a 10' X16' stage)

We are now wheelchair accessible

(If you require this service, please advise  when renting the hall-thanks)

 

2 weeks minimum notice for a full refund of deposit with the condition that we are able to re-rent the date and that notice  is in writing.  10% will be kept for administration fee.

-less than two weeks notice may mean loss of complete deposit

(other conditions may apply)

December bookings cancelled after November 30th/2009 will not be refunded

 

It is understood that the Azilda Lions Club shall not be held responsible for any loss or damages of personal articles or injury(ies) to person(s) that is(are) in attendance at this function.
